Founded nearly 40 years ago by Dan Todd, DDS, the practice quickly became known for Dr. Todd’s exceptional dentistry and his memorable, quirky personality—qualities that helped create the warm, welcoming environment patients came to cherish. When Dr. Todd retired in April 2021, he personally selected Dr. Melani Fulton to continue his legacy.
Under Dr. Fulton’s leadership, the practice flourished and adopted a new name: Brighter Smiles Family Dentistry—a name that reflects its ongoing commitment to the same patient-centered, high-quality care established from the start.
Then, in mid-2025, Anderson Dental Group joined Brighter Smiles Family Dentistry. While ownership transitioned, the familiar dentists and team remained. Dr. Eric Anderson and Dr. Nicole Krois continue to provide exceptional care, and the dedicated staff offers the same comfort and continuity valued by both long-time and new patients.
As part of the integration with Anderson Dental Group, the office underwent a complete remodel, designed to enhance comfort and modernize the patient experience—all while preserving the friendly atmosphere that has defined the practice for decades.
